    Somehow I've always had a passion for aquatic animals. I've collected dolphins statuettes ever since I was little. Eventually I've thrown them away and start to pay more attention to seaturtles and whales. So when I saw a whale with his calf swimming around in the ocean of Cost Rica I couldn't be more thrilled. I wish I could live that enthusiastic moment all over again.

Indonesia has been a wonderful trip with lots of happiness! I've started the trip with my roomie in Lombok and ended alone in Bali. She left Lombok for the real reason why she came to Indonesia, internship! So basically it was a real adventure for the first time alone. But sickness couldn't stop me for exploring landscapes, experiencing culture and meeting local people. Climbing the Gunung Rinjani was one of the highlights of my vacation , so as Menjangan Island. That's the place where I've seen the most beautiful creature in my ever-seen-animal-world , a seaturtle! My ultimate feeling of happiness was at that moment. 

Basically I do not want to stop discovering the world, it's what I love the most. My love and I already made plans for next year. Afrika as it will be!

I've changed my summerplans. I'm not going to visit Java and Bali. I've decided to change my plans for a bid and go island-hopping. I'm going to visit the Gili-islands, Lombok and Roti , Alor at Timor. I'm pretty sure my plans could change because of the overbooked flights and overbooked cottages. But I'll try to make it work somehow. for now I can only dream about the beautiful landscapes, because I'm leaving in 3 weeks. Hope time will fly! Tips are more than welcome

ROME | Monti I had a bless in Rome! The city is so beautiful, the historical monuments were magnifique, there were a lot of them. Even though I have to warn you that Rome is quite expensive. It is really hard to find a cheap italian restaurant. TIP! I recommend the area Monti (Soho of Rome) with lots of art-galleries, vintage shops, minimalistic shops and concept diners.

TRAVELS | Last week I've booked a ticket to Jakarta. I'm going to backpack through Java and Bali with my roomie (In august). We do not have a full schedule yet, but I'm sure we're going to visit Karimum Jawa, Bromo vulcano, Ijen crater , Bali and Borobudur

798 Art zone - Beijing

798 Art zone was probably the most enjoyable visit of my Peking visit. (Great wall not included) It is a "neighborhood" with all kinds of shops, art galleries & artshops. You see lots of paintings, drawings, 3D and statues. Every corner of this "park" has it's own story. It is also a place where you can buy lots of nice clothes, books, accessory. We didn't had enough time to see everything, which I regret. So I would love to go back again! It defenitly is a must-see must-go for all the people that are interested in art & fashion. Last week I found out that the office of VOGUE CHINA is located there.

Hong Kong Last year I went to HongKong & Beijing. Not with friends , with an organisation that organized home-stay & culture-trips called Lions. I've met a lot of people there, It is such a nice place to visit and to meet new people. Although everyone looks at you because you don't have brown hair & brown eyes. I made a lot of friends from over the world. China, Hong Kong, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Turkey, .. al kinds of places. I visited lots of places so I will show you guys one by one. If there are any questions about Hong Kong, you can contact me. For example, where to go, beautiful beaches, mountains, shopping? Anything.
